Swing  heat transfer machine

  Brief:

  This machine can thermo-transfer colourful pictures and words of sublimating anddissolve printing ink on

 textiles which are made of cotton,flex,chemical  fiber, nylon,ceramics  and glasses. The machine also

 can conduct some  heat-treatments such ashair-planting print and vesicant print,and conglutination of cloth

lining and cloth under low temperature and lowpressure,such as the conglutination of children’clothes,caps

 and shoes.Also,the machine can be used to smooth and shape caps,handerchiefs and other

 commodities in small amount.

  Feature:

1.              the temperature is accurately controlled by German-made parts

2.              the time is electronically controolled,and the fanalization of the pressure is warned  by light.

3.              the working surface is attached by imported heat-resistant cloth,so it has long life and cleaned easily.

4.              the pressure can be adjusted willfully.

5.              with heat-tesistant silica-gel sponge in the platen,so the machine have wide usage

6.              heating pipline is connected with heating plate,so the working surface can be heated easely in shout time,

safety and durability.

Technique index

Operation:

Note:the machine should be tightly connected with the ground.

1.        get ready of the power,and press the power button.

2.        adjust temperature-controller to right degree.When it reach to the specified range,the red button switchoff,then the machine works.

3.        tune the time-adjuster to right time.

4.        flatly place the cloth to the lower platen,cover the printing paper to it (note the right surface of paper.)

             move the upper platen and the lower one in right palce,then put down the upper one hardly. (note:

 the force cannot be over 25kg,otherwise the handle will be transformed.)

5.        when the printing time is over, the buzzer noise, then lift the handle to where it was.

6.        if you want to peel a cooled printing paper, you should brush the paper, then let it alone for 5-10 seconds before peel the paper. If you want to peel the hot printing paper, you can do it immediately after printing.

 Successful print requires right time , temperature and performance of print. (please ask your supplier

about related information of the printing paper)

Maintenance:

1.        pressure: if the pressure is not enough or too much, you can tune the pressure-adjuster. Raise the pressure

by turning the knob in clockwise and lower it in counter-clockwise.

2.        time: if the temperature has reached value , but the buzzer does not noise or always noise and never stop ,

you should adjust it to right place.

3.        temperature: if the temperature up to the specified degree , the meter will points to 180℃(within 5

 minrtes) . if the reading meter raise but the heating platen is not heated , please check the electic circuits.

4.        when the handle pushed down , but it lifted up automatically . please adjust the knob down.

5.        after the print is completed , the handle is hard to lift up , you may adjust the knob up .
